摘    要: 研究了几种农药处理后对不同水稻品种SOD活性的影响。结果表明 ,第一次施用除草剂后大部分处理5~ 15d内水稻SOD活性上升 ,而 10d左右则显著提高SOD的活性 ,15d开始下降 ,2 1d左右SOD活性与对照基本相一致 ;第二次再用杀虫双、井冈霉素处理后 2dSOD活性比对照上升 ,6dSOD活性则下降 ,这表明 2次施药对水稻的影响更大。水稻叶鞘中SOD活性的上升及下降反映了水稻植株的抵御能力

Abstract:The effects of several pesticides on SOD activity in different rice varieties were studied.The results showed that almost all the herbicide treatments on different rice varieties increased the SOD activity during 15 days after first treatment (DAT). SOD activity of rice plant reached maximum at 10 DAT and began to decline at 15 DAT, and then recovered to control level at 21 DAT. SOD activity of rice plant after two applications of pesticides (using insecticide bisultap or fungicide jinggangmycin at 22 days after herbicide treatments) increased in comparison with that of the control at 2 days after second application and declined at 6 days, indicating that two applications of pesticides had more serious impact on rice plant compared with once application of pesticides. SOD activity of rice plant may be an index of rice plant against the stress
