中国肉类消费的全景图和大趋势

摘    要:中国人的粮食消费下降,肉类消费不足。城镇居民近25年肉类消费翻了一番,年人均消费增加0.67kg,而同期农民的肉类消费增长了2倍。目前,农民年人均吃肉18kg,恰是25年前城里人的消费水平。农村居民肉类消费呈上升趋势,还有成倍增长的空间。肉蛋奶鱼消费具有互补性,家庭成员之间的营养消费要均衡,每个人一日三餐动物性食品分配应科学,晚餐食物总热量可适当降低,但早餐应当吃点肉。

Abstract:Chinese grain consumption drops,the meat is under consumption. Urban residents consumed doubled meat in the past 25 years,average annual consumption increased by 0.67 kg,and peasant's meat consumption increased by 2 times in the same period. At present,the meat consumption of peasants annual people is 18 kg,it is just the level of the urban resident before 25 years. Rural resident's meat consumption is on the rise,there is space double and redouble. It has complementarity that meat,egg,milk and fish consumption,the nutrition is consumed in equilibrium between kinsfolks,the animal food is distributed in conformity with science.
