中国肉类消费的全景图和大趋势

中国人的粮食消费下降,肉类消费不足。城镇居民近25年肉类消费翻了一番,年人均消费增加0.67kg,而同期农民的肉类消费增长了2倍。目前,农民年人均吃肉18kg,恰是25年前城里人的消费水平。农村居民肉类消费呈上升趋势,还有成倍增长的空间。肉蛋奶鱼消费具有互补性,家庭成员之间的营养消费要均衡,每个人一日三餐动物性食品分配应科学,晚餐食物总热量可适当降低,但早餐应当吃点肉。
