摘    要:以加速秸秆降解速度为出发点,研究了速效碳源、速效氮源和接种量对M1、M15、M19混合菌产纤维素酶和半纤维素酶能力的影响。结果表明,蔗糖和尿素是秸秆降解的首选速效碳源和氮源,通过正交实验筛选出蔗糖、尿素和接种量的最适配比为2.0%、1.4%和10%。

Abstract:Based on Returning straw to soil, Effects of ability of produceing Cellulase and Hemicellulase were studied by adding carbon sources and nitrogen sources and inoculation. The results indicated that sucrose and urea were the best carbon source and nitrogen source for straw-degradation, The optimum conditions Having been obtained by orthogonal test were as following: sucrose 2.0%, urea 1.4% and inoculation 10%.
