| 摘 要： | 家禽的胚胎干细胞与遗传工程，转基因技术相结合的综合性研究具有重大的理论意义与实践价值。文章就家禽胚胎干细胞、胚胎生殖细胞研究背景，分离培养的影响因素。生物学特性的检测方法进行了阐述，较为详细地分析了分离培养的影响因素及细胞生物学特性鉴定，并对家禽胚胎干细胞的前景进行了展望。 |

| Abstract: | Comprehensive research of poultry stem cells united with genetic engineering and transplantation may provide significance of theory and practice. This paper introduced the general study background of poultry stem cells and embryonic germ cells,discussed the influencing factoes of isolation and culture,and explained the identification of cell biological characteristics. In the meanwhile ,its applications and future use of science and technology are prospected. |
