仙客来无土栽培营养液中氮、磷、钾、铁浓度选优试验研究

摘    要:对仙客来无土栽培营养液中大量元素N、P、K和微量元素Fe采用4因素H次D-饱和最优设计方法进行最佳浓度组合和适宜浓度范围的筛选试验。结果表明:营养生长期N、P、K、Fe最佳浓度组合为300mgL(-1)、80mgL(-1)、175mg·L(-1)、8mgL(-1),其叶片数高达16片,适宜的浓度使用范围分别为238~300mg·L(-1)、40~100mg·L(-1)、100~400mg·L(-1)、33~8mg·L(-1)。生殖生长期N、P、K、Fe最佳浓度组合为238mg·L(-1)、100mg·L(1-)、325mg·L(-1)、8mgL(-1),初花期一次性开放花朵数达11朵以上,适宜的浓度范围分别为:114~300mgL(-1)、60~100mgL(-1)175~400mg.L(-1)、4~8mg·L(-1)

Abstract:Selective experiment on optimum consistency combiIlation and suitable range of macroelements N. R K and microelements Fe in Cycboen Persicum soilless culture nutrient solution adapting Four Factors Guadratic Dsaturation The Best design method. The results showed that the optimum consistency combination in vegetation period of C. Persicum were: N- PK. Fe: 300 mg.L(-1), 80 mg.L(-1), l75 mg.L(-1) and 8 mg.L(-1) respectively, in this period highest leafnumber reached 16, suitable consistency range were 238~300 mg.L(-1), 40~100 mg.L(-1),100~400 mg.L(-1) and 3.8~8 mg.L(-1) respeCtively. In reproductive period the optimum consistency combination were: N. P K. Fe: 238 mg.L(-1), 100 mg.L(-1) 325 mg.L(-1) and 8 mg.L(-1) respectively, in early nowering period the number of nowers blossomed at one time were more thanll. suitable consiStency range 0f reproductive period were l l4 ~ 3OO mg.L-', 6O ~ l0O mg.L-', l75 ~400 mg.L(-1) and 4~8 mg.L(-1) respectively
