摘    要:以不同铀浓度处理,测定蚕豆(Vicia faba)种子萌发情况及其幼苗中超氧化歧化酶(s0D)和过氧化氢酶(cAT)活性。结果表明:在一定浓度范围内(0-50.0mg/L)的铀对蚕豆种子的萌发率和胚根生长有一定促进作用;超过50.0ms/L则起抑制作用。在0-50mg/L的铀浓度范围内,SOD和CAT活性表现出浓度依赖性的升高,当铀浓度超过50mg/L时,则显示抑制作用。

Abstract:The seed germination rate and activities of super oxide dismutase (SOD)and catalase (CAT)in seedling of broad bean (Viciafaba)were determined under different treatments with different concentration of uranium. The results showed that there was a certain promoting effect of uranium on seed germination rate and radicle growth of broad bean in a certain concentration range (0~50.0 mg/L), if over this range, there was an inhibitory effect. In the concentration range of uranium (0~50 mg/L), activities of SOD and CAT increased in a concentration-dependent manner, when concentration of uranium over 50 mg/L, it showed an inhibitory effect.
