中、草药水提取物抑菌活性的测定

以辣椒疫霉菌、立枯丝核菌、番茄枯萎病菌、番茄早疫病菌、禾谷镰刀菌、大豆疫霉菌、番茄叶霉菌、烟草赤星病菌及玉米小斑病菌为供试菌种 ,用 30种中、草药的水提取物对其进行了抑菌活性测定。结果表明 ,大蒜提取液对立枯丝核菌、辣椒疫霉菌丝生长抑制率达 10 0 % ;猪胆汁对辣椒疫霉菌丝生长抑制率达 93.2 2 % ,对大豆疫霉菌丝生长抑制率达 80 .94 % ;金银花提取液对大豆疫霉菌丝生长抑制率达 10 0 % ;连翘提取液对大豆疫霉菌丝生长抑制率达 76 .10 % ;L S- 1为本课题组自行研制 ,由苦参、黄柏、蛇床子等 10余种中药组成 ,其对番茄早疫病菌、禾谷镰刀菌及大豆疫霉菌丝生长抑制率为 10 0 % ,对辣椒疫霉菌丝生长抑制率达 81.4 6 %以上 ,在病菌孢子萌发的抑制作用中对番茄枯萎病菌、番茄叶霉及玉米小斑病菌孢子萌发抑制率分别达到 90 .71% ,85 .71%和 77.14 %。

Screening studies on fungistasis of water extracts of Chinese traditional medicine

The fungistasis of 30 water extracts of Chinese traditional medicine were tested with Rhizoctonia solani,Fusarium graminicola,Phytophthora capsici,Fusarium oxysporum,Phytophthora sojae,Alternaria solani,Fulria fulva,Alternaria alternata,Bipolaris maydis.Results showed that Bulbus Allii extracts had 100% inhibiting rates to the hypha growth of Rhizoctonia solani,Phytophthora capsic;Choler had 93.22% inhibiting rates to the hypha growth of Phytophthora capsic,80.94% to Phytophthora sojae;Honeysuckle extracts had 100% inhibiting rates to the hypha growth of Phytophthora sojae;Fructus Forsythiae extracts had 76.10% inhibiting rates to the hypha growth of Phytophthora sojae.LS-1 was a kind of fungicide which was compound of several plant extracts by our task group.LS-1 had 100% inhibiting rates to the hypha growth of Alternaria solani,Fusarium graminicola,Phytophthora sojae,had 81.46% to Phytophthora capsic.LS-1 had 90.71%,85.71% and 74.42% inhibiting rates to the sprouting of Fusarium oxysporum,Fulria fulva,Bipolaris maydis.
