摘    要:目的]研究温度、湿度和氧气等因素对缢蛏无水保活效果的影响。方法]分别将缢蛏置于6种温度条件下(-1.5~0、5±1、10±1、18±1、24±1℃、冰藏(淡水冰、海水冰))进行保藏,每组分别加湿、充氧,研究不同试验组缢蛏的存活情况。结果]缢蛏在冰温条件下(-1.5~0℃)的保活效果最好,保存10d时存活率仍可达100%,随着温度的升高,缢蛏存活率逐渐降低;加湿、充氧可提高缢蛏的存活率。结论]该研究促进了缢蛏保活技术的进一步发展。

Abstract:Objective]The aim was to study the effects of factors such as temperature,humidity and oxygen on keeping alive effect of Sinonovaculla constricta without water were studied.Method]The S.Constricta were preserved at 6 kinds of temperature (-1.5-0,5±1,10±1,18±1,24±1 ℃,iced preservation (freshwater ice,sea ice)).Each group was humidified and oxygenated,resp..The survival rates of S.Constricta in different experimental groups were studied.Results]The preservation effect of S.Constricta at ice temperature (-1.5-0 ℃) was the best,and its survival rate was 100% after 10 d of preservation.The survival rate of S.Constricta was decreased gradually with the increase of temperature.Humidification and oxygenation could increase the survival rate of S.Constricta.Conclusion]This study promoted the further development of S.Constricta aquaculture.
