| 摘 要： | 技术创新是企业竞争力的核心所在和企业发展的原动力,企业要想在竞争中取胜,就必须不断提高自主创新能力。然而,福建省不少农业企业自主创新意识不强、能力不足,区域农业创新体系有待完善,正制约着福建农业和农村经济的发展。必须采取更加有力的措施,营造更加良好的环境,着力强化企业在技术创新中的主体地位,提高农业企业的自主创新能力。 |

| Abstract: | Enterprise needs to continually nurture independent and innovative capability in order to excel and survive in keen business competition.Technological innovation is the core of being competitive and progressive.However,due to a lack of professional training,support system,and proactive attitude among the employees,the agri-business in Fujian remains largely conventional in its operations.More effective measures should be taken to create more favorable environment to encourage such independent and innovative capability.Suggestions are presented in the article. |
