摘    要:以苜蓿草为代表的多年生优质牧草的氨基酸含量非常高,干草中氨基酸的含量是玉米的5.7倍,并含有多种维生素和微量元素.但松散的长草作为饲料不便于运输与贮存,只能对其进行压缩加工.为了提高草产品的生产率、降低压块机的功率、确定压块机的最佳工艺参数,以苜蓿草为研究对象,在不同含水率、转速和间隙下利用9KS304颗粒压块机进行压块正交试验研究.对试验结果进行方差分析表明,在含水率为37%、转速为127 r/min及间隙为1 mm时,草产品的生产率最高,能达到248.26 kg/h,功率为4.12 kW.这一结论可以为压块机工艺参数优化和设计提供理论依据.

Abstract:Perennial quality pasture grass represented by Alfalfa grows the very high protein content, protein content of hay is 5.7 times than corn as necessary, and contains a variety of vitamins and trace elements. However, casual and long grass as feed is not easy to transport and storage. To enhance grass product productivity, lower Cube Formation Machine power and find out the best craft parameters that influent productivity and power, take alfalfa grass for the study object at different wet rates, rotational speed and the gap, use 9KS304 particles Cube Formation Machine to carry on Cube Formation orthogonal trial study, the results of experiments after variance analysis shows when wet rate is 37%, rotational speed is 127r/m, gap is lmm, the highest productivity for products can reach 238.05kg/h, and the power can reach 4.12kw. This conclusion can provide a theoretical basis for Cube Formation Machine craft parameters optimization and design.
