| 摘 要： | 针对新疆奶牛业的发展实际,文章分析了新疆奶牛生产目前存在的主要问题及原因,阐述了新疆奶牛业的发展潜力和目标,并从七个方面提出了加快奶业发展的基本思路和关键措施.最后指出要加快奶牛产业化发展,首先应提高认识,重视奶牛品种改良、科技推广、种草养牛和加快奶产品加工流通等,同时政府应给予必要的引导和扶持.

| Abstract: | According to the development of dairy cattle industry in Xinjiang, the mare problems and reasons were analysed in the review to discuss the potentials and objectives of dairy cattle industry. The basic developing strategies and key measures were proposed from 7 aspects. Authors also indicated that emphasis on dairy cattle improvement, technology extension, forage production and milk processing and marketing could accelerate the development of dairy cattle industry together with the necessary supports from government. |
