| 摘 要： | 近年来,农机专业合作社在农业生产中的作用越来越明显,但是其在发展壮大过程中一是缺乏具体的指导,二是发展资金不足;三是基础设施较差.党的十七大提出了要加快发展农业机械化,面对新的更高的要求,结合农机合作社建设存在的问题,文章提出一些建议和对策.
