| 摘 要： | 本文以推拉因模式为理论基础,在对新疆ASL区划的基础上分析了天山北坡区域农村剩余劳动力状况,并结合天山北坡区域小城镇吸纳农村剩余劳动力能力分析,剖析了制约该区域的乡-城人口转移的主要因素,最后提出了乡-城人口有序化转移的实施途径,以期为系统分析区域农村剩余劳动力的成因、表征及解决乡城人口转移问题提供科学依据。

| Abstract: | The state of the regional rural surplus labor in Tian Mountain northern slope was analyzed by Push-Pull Model on the basis of ASL zoning in Xinjiang combined with the regional small town absorbing surplus rural labor ability.Based on that the main restricting factors for labor shift were probed,and implementation route was proposed for labor shift orderly,in order to offer scientific basis for analysis regional surplus rural labor. |
