| 摘 要： | 从河南新乡市不同鸡场采集大肠杆菌病料88株,经鉴定56株为致病性鸡源大肠杆菌,血清型分别是O1O2,O5,O35,O78,O111,其中O1,O2,O78,O111为主要的血清型.将所分离的6种血清型大肠杆菌制成多价灭活苗,接种雏鸡,攻毒保护率达100%,免疫效果良好.

| Abstract: | Based on the identification of biochemical properties and serology,56 in 88 strains of Avian E.coli were determined as pathogenic bacilli isolated from different chicken farms in Xinxiang Henan Province.6 feasible strains,serotype O1,O2,O5,O35,O78 and O111,were prepared for emulsion inactive polyvalent vaccines.The safety,immunity tests showed that the polyvalent vaccines had induced excellent immune response. |
