| 摘 要： | 近年来,山西省马铃薯产业开发取得了明显成效,但生产水平低、加工专用品种缺乏、加工水平落后的问题仍很突出。因此,必须采取调整品种结构,优化区域布局,培育龙头企业,开发精深加工产品,开拓国内外市场,增加资金投入等措施,加快山西省马铃薯产业化开发的进程。

| Abstract: | Though potato industry in shanxi has got remarkable achievements in recent years,ther exist problems of low productivity shortage of processing purposed variety and backword procession.Therefore,it is high necessary to restructure variety construction,to optimize regional planning to nurture leading interprise,to exploit fine procession product,to open home and abroad market and to increase funds input on the purpose to promote development of potato industry in shanxi. |
