摘    要:通过Abaqus软件建立了考虑层板脱落的交错层积竹(CLB)板抗火性能有限元分析模型,采用ISO-834标准火灾升温曲线对模型的温度场及炭化特性进行分析,并与现有试验结果进行对比。结果表明:对于温度场分析,该数值模型在层板间的有限元解与试验值吻合精度较高,而层板内部有限元解与试验值存在一定的误差;对于不同受火时间下CLB板炭化深度的有限元解,均与实验结果吻合性较好。

Abstract:The finite element analysis model of fire resistance of CLB lumber is established with Abaqus software in consideration of plies peelings. The temperature field and carbonization characteristics of the model are analyzed using fire temperature curve from the ISO-834 standard, and the results are compared with the existing test results. The analysis results show that for the temperature field analysis, the finite element value of the numerical model between the plies is in good agreement with the experimental value, while the finite element value inside the plies has a certain deviation from the experimental value. The finite element value of carbonation depth of CLB lumber under different periods of fire time is in good agreement with the experimental results.
