坝竹和小篷竹花果特征及种子营养成分

摘    要:坝竹和小篷竹均为藤蔓型、灌木状竹种,具有较高的观赏价值。已有文献中对2个竹种花和果实特征的记载不全面,造成了它们在植物分类上存在争议。在2个竹种的原产地于开花结实期细致观察并记录了竹种的花和果实特征,并采集种子测定分析了种子的营养成分。结果表明:1)坝竹和小蓬竹的花、果形态相似,主要区别是坝竹外稃上的脉较小蓬竹多,而果实上紧贴內稃背面宿存的梗长则小于小蓬竹;2)坝竹和小蓬竹种子均含有丰富的蛋白质、多糖、碳水化合物及矿质元素,其中钙、镁、钾、铜、铁、锌、锰等元素含量尤为丰富,可作为食源植物;坝竹种子中的硒含量达到了富硒食品的要求,可作为富硒食品。

Abstract:Ampelocalamus microphyllus and A. luodianensis are climbing shrubby bamboo species with high ornamental value. There are no enough records of the morphological characteristics of their flower and fruit in the existing literature, leading to the disputes in their taxonomy. The authors observe carefully and record the morphological characteristics of their flower and fruit during the flowering and seeding periods at their original habitats, and collect the seeds and determined their nutritional components. The results show that:1) The flower and fruit of the two species have similar morphological characteristics. The main distinction is that A. microphyllus has more veins on its lemma and shorter stalk on the back of the glumelle than A. luodianensis; 2) The seed of both A. microphyllus and A. luodianensis are rich in protein, polysaccharide, carbohydrate and mineral elements, especially calcium, magnesium, potassium, copper, iron, zinc and manganese, which can be used as edible plants. The selenium content in A. microphyllus seeds meets the standard of selenium rich food and therefore can be used as selenium rich food.
