三江平原食用菌产业气候生态环境的研究

摘    要:本文从食用菌产业发展需要出发,对三江平原气候资源进行综合分析,总结出三江平原的气候生态环境有利于食用菌产业发展。其气候特点有:(1)气候寒冷,且时间长,有利于食用菌产品的长期贮存和远距离运输;(2)冷凉生长期长,且分布合理,利于春、秋露地栽培食用菌的防污染;(3)高温酷署期短,有利于中低温食用菌周年生产;(4)昼夜温差大,利于变温结实性食用菌的发育,且品质优良;(5)降水量适中,空气较湿润。但也有不足;春季风大、易使菇料风干;冬季长时间严寒,也会给食用菌生产带来不便。

Abstract:For the development of edible fungi industry, comprehensive analysis has been done on the climatic resources of the Three-rivers Plain and the conclusion is that the ecoclimatic environment of the Three-rivers plain is in favour of developing edible-fungi industry. The climatic characteristics are: (1)the lasting and low temperature is good for long time storage and long distance transportation of edible fungi products; (2)The long cool-growing period is reasonably distributed and favorable to the anti-contamination of out-door edible-fungi planting in spring and autumn; (3) the short hot-summer is beneficial to year-round production of the middle and low temperature edible-fungi;(4) the large temperature difference of day and night is in favour of the growth of temperaturc-chaage-growth edible-fungi and produces high quality product of the fungi; (5) moderate precipitation and humid air. There are also shortcomings: the strong spring-wind, which is liableto cause the growing-materials being dried, and the long excessive cold of winter are all unfavoraole to the production of edible-fungi.
