| 摘 要： | 文章根据科技部、教育部发布的《关于充分发挥高等学校科技创新作用的若干意见》
的精神，分析了农业高校对科技创新与成果转化工作所起的积极作用，并就推进农业高校科
技成果转化的措施，提出了培养创新人才、应对入世挑战、开展产学研活动和加速产业化进
程等相应的对策。
