红花芽菜的研究初探

摘    要:用α-萘乙酸和6-糠氨基嘌呤对红花种子进行处理,测定了红花芽菜的产量。结果表明,用浓度为4 mg/L的α-萘乙酸和浓度为5mg/L的6-糠氨基嘌呤处理过的红花种子芽菜产量最高,每2 kg红花种子平均产量为15.25 kg,其生物学产量比为1∶7.6。说明红花芽菜具有较高的投入产出比,经济价值很高。

Abstract:Safflower seeds were treated with α-NAA and 6-mucochloricpurine,and then the yield of safflower sprout vegetable was determined.The result showed that the sprout vegetable yield of safflower seeds treated with 4 mg/L α-NAA and 5 mg/L 6-mucochloricpurine was highest,with the average yield of 15.25 kg and the biology/yield ratio of 1∶7.6,indicating that safflower sprout vegetable had higher ratio of input/output and high economic value.
