摘    要:地表植被在维系上空低层大气稳定的同时又为积聚的丰沛的海洋水汽顺畅的输送至大陆提供强有力的保障,因此森林覆盖率越高的地区台风越弱,相反,台风就越强;而陆地上的山地地形可影响台风强度的改变,台风降水分布受地形影响会加强降水;因此加强台风灾害频发地区生态环境建设和保护是防范灾害性天气的有效措施。

Abstract:the surface vegetation in maintaining stability of the lower atmosphere over again at the same time the accumulation of plenty of ocean for smooth water vapor transmission to the mainland with powerful guarantee, so the higher in the forest coverage rate of typhoon weaker, instead, the typhoon is stronger; And on the land of mountain terrain can affect the intensity of the change, the typhoon precipitation distribution by topography effect will be to strengthen the precipitation; Therefore strengthen typhoon disasters area ecological environment construction and protection against catastrophic weather is the effective measures.
