发展节水灌溉 促进农业经济

水资源一直以来都是战略性的经济资源和基础性的自然资源,是全面建设小康社会的重要保证,同时也是实现环境、社会、经济实现可持续发展的重要基础。在近十几年来,制约农业发展的一个重要因素就是干旱缺水。笔者首先分析了发展节水灌溉的必要性,其次,就如何有效发展节水灌溉来促进农业经济进行了深入的探讨,具有一定的参考价值。
