河北省张家口农民教育培训工作的思考

为了调整农业结构,增加农民收入,张家口市相继推出了"百万头奶牛饲养"百万亩杂交谷子种植"百万亩温室大棚蔬菜"等项目的推广。这些项目顺利实施的关键就是要有一大批觉悟高,思想新,懂技术,善经营,会管理,能够从事专业化生产和产业化经营的新型农民。
