制动器试验台的驱动电流控制模型

摘    要:制动器设计是车辆设计中最重要的环节之一,直接影响着人身和车辆的安全,通常通过制动器试验台上模拟试验来检测制动器的综合性能。本文将分析制动器性能的复杂性,确定电动机驱动电流与时间之间的精确关系,通过建立等效转动惯量模型、飞轮转动惯量模型、依赖于可观测量的驱动电流和驱动电流控制模型,并以实例进行了求解和结果分析。

Abstract:Design of vehicle brake design is one of the most important aspects, directly affects the safety of persons and vehicles, usually through a brake test bench simulation test to detect the brake performance. This paper will analyze the complexity of brake performance, determine the motor drive current and time the exact relation between, through the establishment of equivalent moment of inertia model, the flywheel inertia model, dependent on the observables of drive current and drive current control model, and an example is presented and the result analysis.
