通过对四要素区域自动气象站,进一步完善河南省的区域气象观测网。增强了灾害性天气探测的多元化和自动化程度,使风向风速、温度、雨量各要素预报更加及时、精确,为各级领导提供更加全面、准确的气象情报服务。对于增强气象服务能力、提高气象服务水平、不断地提高对暴雨和强对流等灾害性天气的监测、预报预警能力和服务水平。
