| 摘 要： | 加速农村劳动力向非农产业转移是建设社会主义新农村的一项重要任务.但由于政策因素、经济因素、农民自身因素等多方面制约,我国农村劳动力转移进程有所减慢.在对各种转移障碍进行理论探讨的基础上.构建回归模型对影响我国农村劳动力转移的因素进行实证分析,据此,促进农村劳动力转移应彻底消除城乡分割的体制性障碍;规划农村劳动力转移的地区分布;改革土地制度;着力提高农村劳动力就业技能.
