双圆盘甘蔗切割器影响破头率的运动学仿真研究

摘    要:通过大型通用有限元分析软件ANSYS,建立了甘蔗切割有限元模型,制定了双圆盘切割器坏切割状态判别标准;并采用计算机仿真技术建立切割器连续切割甘蔗的运动学仿真模型,进行连续切割甘蔗的运动学仿真试验,研究了影响切割状态的各因素对产生破头率的影响机理.

Abstract:Through the currency finity cell analysis software ANSYS, the sugarcane cutting model was established to frame distinguish standard of Dual cutter on the bad incision state; By using the computer analysis technology to set up a kinematics analysis model of cutting sugarcane continuously. And carried through kinematics analysis experiment of cutting sugarcane continuously to study on the affecting factors effect on the rate of the bad incision.
