| 摘 要： | 郁金香切花瓶插期间伴随着衰老过程的发生, 花瓣和雌蕊的呼吸都表现为逐渐下降, 最后又有上升的现象,相似于水果成熟过程的呼吸跃变。花瓣内可溶性蛋白质含量随瓶插时间延长而下降,过氧化物酶活性则表现为先降后升。这些变化可因6 - BA 处理而发生改变。

| Abstract: | The senescence and postharvest physiology of two varieties of tulip cut flowers during the vase life have been studied. The results showed that the respiration rates of the petal and pistil of the flowers were high at first and gradually coming down during the senescence, and then going up at the later of the vase life, something like the respiratory climacteric in fruit ripening. The soluble protein was also dropping during the vase life, peroxidase activities came down at first and then went up at the late vase life. 6-BA could prevent the respiratory climacteric appearance and some senescence physiological activities. |
