不同产地冬枣的RAPD分析

摘    要:冬枣是中国优良的鲜食枣品种,但生产中常将晚熟枣品种与冬枣相混淆,严重影响了冬枣产业的发展。利用筛选的17个随机引物对6个不同产地冬枣材料进行了RAPD分析,共扩增出144条谱带,有95条为多态性带,比例为65.09%。利用UPGMA进行聚类分析,结果表明,在遗传距离为0.095时,供试材料可分为2类,即成武冬枣与其他产地冬枣并非一类,不同产地间冬枣也存在一定的遗传变异。

Abstract:Dongzao jujube is a kind of superior fresh-eating dates in China.But it has been always confused with other late-ripe date cultivars in production and this influences the development of date industry.The genetic diversity among 6 Dongzao jujube materials from different areas was analyzed by RAPD.144 bands were detected with 17 RAPD primers,and 95 bands(65.09%) were polymorphic.The UPGMA dendrogram of 6 cultivars were divided into 2 groups based on cluster analysis when the genetic distance was 0.095.The results showed that Chengwu Dongzao did not belong to the Dongzao group and there was heredity variation among the different sites of Dongzao jujube.
