农民参加专业合作社思想状况调查研究

采用问卷调查和实地访谈的研究方法，对河北省农民参加专业合作社的思想状况进行调查，结果显示：河北省农民参加专业合作社正处于起步发展阶段，合作社为农民解决了一系列生产难题，农民参加专业合作社积极性较高，但存在着许多制约专业合作社发展的因素。必须采取有力措施，加大对农民专业合作社的宣传引导和扶持力度，提供多渠道的资金支持和金融服务，积极与科研院所联合，寻求技术支撑。发挥好供销社系统在带动农民专业合作社发展中的优势。加大对农民的教育培训，培养领头人，增强农民的合作意识。

Investigation on the Ideological State of Peasants Participating in the Specialized Cooperative

The ideological state of peasants participating in the specialized cooperative in Hebei Province was investigated by the questionnaire and on the spot interview. The results showed that peasant participating in the specialized cooperative was in the stage of beginning and development. A series of difficult problems for peasants in the production were solved by the specialized cooperative. Peasants＇ enthusiasm of participating in the specialized cooperative was high. While there were many factors restricted the development of specilized cooperative. So the effective measures should be taken, the publicity guide and support dynamics of peasants＇ specialized cooperative should be strengthened, the financial support and service from multi channels should be provided, and the combination with scientific research institution should be implemented actively to find the technical supports. The advantages of supply and marketing cooperative system in driving the development of peasants＇ specialized cooperative should be taken. The education and training to peasnats should be strengthened, and the leaders should be trained to improve peasants＇ cooperation consciousness.
