摘 要: | 在甘蓝子叶原生质体解离中,加入1%纤维素酶解液和0.1%果胶酶液于50r/min振荡条件下解离效果最佳。在含果胶酶的酶液中,甘蓝子叶原生质体不宜长时间处理。萝卜子叶原生质体在2%纤维素酶液和0.2%果胶酶液中,下胚轴原生质体在1%纤维素酶液和0.1%果胶酶液中可获得较好的分离效果。

Abstract: | The splitting action of cabbage coty ledon is the best when 1%cellulase an d 0.1%pectinase are added under vibration of 50r /min.It' s not good that cabbage cotyledon are treated excessively in the enzymatic liquid contained pectolyase,the separated effect is good when radish cotyledon are added in 2%cellulase and 0.2%pectinase an d hypocotyl in 1%cellulase and 0.1%p ectinase. |
