稀土Nd3+和牛蒡低聚果糖对草决明种子萌发的影响

摘    要:研究了稀土Nd3+和牛蒡低聚果糖对草决明种子萌发的影响。结果表明:低浓度Nd3+和牛蒡低聚果糖对草决明种子萌发和幼苗生长具有明显的促进作用,以3 mg/L Nd3+和 0.5 g/L牛蒡低聚果糖单独和混合处理草决明种子,均促进种子的发芽,提高了ɑ-淀粉酶和脂肪酶活性,混合处理好于单独处理。

Abstract:To study the effect of Nd3+ and burdock oligosaccharide on the germination power of Cassia obtusifolia seeds.The results showed that low concentration Nd3+ and burdock oligosaccharide promoted obviously the germination of seed and seedling growth, Treatment with Cassia obtusifolia seeds both 3mg/L Nd3+ and 0.5g/LBOS individual and mixture promoted the germination of seed and increased α-amylase and lipase activity respectively. The germination power of seed treatment with mixture of Nd3+ and burdock oligosaccharide was better than treatment individual of those.
