| 摘 要： | 随着生命科学的飞速发展，尤其是人类基因组测序工作的完成，分子生物学技术几乎渗透到生命科学的每一个领域，成为研究和揭示生命本质和规律的一种重要工具。就核酸分子探针与核酸分子杂交技术、基因芯片技术、mRNA差异显示技术等分子生物学技术在营养学研究中的应用及发展前景加以综述。
