| 摘 要： | 小瓜虫病又叫白点病，是由多子小瓜虫Ichthyophthirius multifilils寄生于各种淡水鱼和观赏鱼的体表和鳃上引起的。该病由于危害严重、治疗困难，所以一直是鱼病专家研究的热点。本文中作者就目前小瓜虫病的病原学、病理学、免疫学，以及防治方法的研究进展作一综述，旨在为国内小瓜虫病的研究提供一些借鉴。

| Abstract: | Ichthyophthiriasis, also known as white spot disease, is a parasitic disease occurred in freshwater fish and ornamental fish caused by Ichthyophthirius multifilsis. The paper gives a critical review of Ich, including pathogen, pathology, immune and therapy to provide some information for aquaculture. |
