| 摘 要： | 网络危机公关损害的是社会公共利益,破坏了公民的言论自由权,挑衅的是公民的知情权,其行为不受法律保护。对网络危机公关行为应从道德上进行谴责,加大和完善相关立法及执法力度,教育(内部)网管人员格守职业道德。

| Abstract: | The network crisis P. R made public interest hurt, the fight to freedom of expression damaged, the right to know provoked, so it wonldn＇ t be protected by the law. We should not only give moral criticizing, but also regulate it though increasing legislation and law enforcement,endowing Network managers more education on ethics. |
