投服博威钙对奶牛产奶性能和健康状况的影响

摘    要:选择2~5胎成年泌乳母牛40头,按照年龄、胎次、分娩时间相近的原则随机分为试验组与对照组,每组20头,研究博威钙对产后奶牛产奶性能和健康状况的影响。试验组奶牛产后0h及12h分别投喂1粒博威钙,对照组采用常规补钙(通过输液,每头奶牛补氯化钙25g)。结果发现,与对照组相比,试验组奶牛平均日产奶量提高了2.05kg,体细胞数降低了37.3%(P<0.05);乳尿素氮的变化不显著(P>0.05)。在产后奶牛健康状况方面,试验组奶牛的亚临床型低血钙症、临床型低血钙症、隐性乳房炎、临床型乳房炎和胎衣不下的发病率均显著低于对照组,真胃移位、酮病以及蹄病方面的发病率则无显著变化。研究表明,补饲博威钙能够改善产后奶牛的健康状况,提高奶牛产奶性能和养殖效益。

Abstract:Forty Holstein cows (two to five lactations) were selected according to the principles of similar age, parity and lactation time. They were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 20 cows in each group in order to study the effects of Bovikalc on milk performance and health status in postpartum cows. Cows in treatment received a Bovikalc immediately after calving and received the second Bovikalc 12 hours later. Cows were supplemented calcium by normal method (received calcium chloride through infusion, 25g each cow) in control. The results showed that the milk yield increased 2.05kg/d in treatment than that of control. The somatic cell count of the treatment descend by 37.3% than that of control, it is significantly difference (P〈0.05). However, the urea nitrogen had no significant change (P〉0.05)between control and treatment. In the aspect of health status, the incidence of subclinical hypocalcemia, hypocalcemia, hidden mastitis, clinical mastitis and retained placenta of the treatment were isignificantly lower than that of control, but the incidence of abomasal displacement, ketosis and hoof disease had no significant change. The result showed that Bovikalc can improve the health status and milk performance in postpartum cows and increase the breeding efficiency.
