低摩尔比脲胶在竹材碎料板中的应用

降低尿素与甲醛的摩尔比可降低脲醛树脂中游离甲醛含量，但对脲醛树酯的缩聚和粘结强度会产生一些不利的影响．用新研制的脲醛树脂胶粘剂在竹材碎料板中进行了应用．结果表明：中密度板的各项性能指标均远低于高密度板，密度在0．9g／cm3以上可获得较好的产品质量;随着施胶量的增加，静曲强度和平面抗拉强度增加，厚度膨胀率下降，施胶量以8％～12％为宜；产品质量达到刨花板质量的国家标准．

The Application of Low Moles Proportion UF Resin Adhesive to Bamboo Particle Boards

Reduction of moles proportion of urea to formaldehyde can lower the freeformaldehyde content in UF resin,but will cause some disadvantageous effects on its polycondensation and bonding-strength- The trial-production of bamboo particle boards with anew UF resin adhesive shows that all quality targets of medium density boards are far lower than that of high density boards;when the density is above 0. 9g/cm3,the products canhave better qualityiand with an increase of the amount of UF resin adhesive used in thebamboo particle boards,the bending-strength and plane tensile strength are increased Fandwhen the thickness pxpansion rate is lowered down,and the proper amount of UF resin adhesive is 8% ~ 12%;and the quality of board products can reach the national standard setfor particle boards.
