低摩尔比脲胶在竹材碎料板中的应用

摘    要:降低尿素与甲醛的摩尔比可降低脲醛树脂中游离甲醛含量,但对脲醛树酯的缩聚和粘结强度会产生一些不利的影响.用新研制的脲醛树脂胶粘剂在竹材碎料板中进行了应用.结果表明:中密度板的各项性能指标均远低于高密度板,密度在0.9g/cm3以上可获得较好的产品质量;随着施胶量的增加,静曲强度和平面抗拉强度增加,厚度膨胀率下降,施胶量以8%~12%为宜;产品质量达到刨花板质量的国家标准.

Abstract:Reduction of moles proportion of urea to formaldehyde can lower the freeformaldehyde content in UF resin,but will cause some disadvantageous effects on its polycondensation and bonding-strength- The trial-production of bamboo particle boards with anew UF resin adhesive shows that all quality targets of medium density boards are far lower than that of high density boards;when the density is above 0. 9g/cm3,the products canhave better qualityiand with an increase of the amount of UF resin adhesive used in thebamboo particle boards,the bending-strength and plane tensile strength are increased Fandwhen the thickness pxpansion rate is lowered down,and the proper amount of UF resin adhesive is 8% ~ 12%;and the quality of board products can reach the national standard setfor particle boards.
