Na2SeO3对小麦幼苗生长和代谢的影响

摘    要:实验表明,0.75mg/L的Na2SeO3可提高谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH—Px活性,促进麦苗的生长,增加可溶糖、可溶蛋白质等物质的含量,调节麦苗抗氧化酶系统的平衡,降低丙二醛含量和电解质渗漏率,提高麦苗的抗逆性。

Abstract:Na_2SeO_3 was used as Se source was applied to the seedlings of wheat cultivar 95319. The results showed that Na_2SeO_3 at the rate of 0.75 mg/L enhanced the activity of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), promoted the growth of the wheat seedlings, increased the contents of soluble sugars and proteins, helped to maintain the balance of the anti-oxidase system, decreased the content of MDA and electrolyte leakage and improved the stress resistance of the seedlings.
