农作物秸秆浸泡水解产沼气试验

摘    要:通过对不同秸秆水解浸泡和厌氧产气的小试测得的数据结果进行分析研究,结果标明,稻秆和麦秆都是适合产沼气的原料,并得出了秸秆产沼气工程应用的设计参数.每千克l厘米大小的干稻秆可析出0.51kg的CODcr,产沼气0.25 m3;每千克3厘米大小的于稻秆可析出0.27 kg的CODcr,产沼气0.14 m3;每千克3厘米大小的干麦秆可析出0.33 kg的CODcr,产沼气0.17 m3.

Abstract:Different crop straws were soaked and hydrolyzed,and the soaked liquid was put into digester for biogas production.The result showed that both rice straw and wheat straw could be gasified through biogas production.One kilo of rice straw cutting in 1cm could dissolve out 0.5 kg of CODCr,and produce 0.25 m3 biogas;and that of cutting in 3cm could dissolve out 0.27 kg of CODCr,and produce 0.14 m3 biogas.For wheat straw,one kilo of wheat straw cutting in 3cm could dissolve out 0.33 kg of CODCr,and produce 0.17 ...
