| 摘 要： | 针对木薯收获机中的新型挖掘铲,引入了虚拟倾角,建立二阶曲面铲的阻力模型;利用ANSYS软件对不同倾角组合下的铲面进行了有限元静力学分析,获得了二阶曲面铲应力和变形的分布云图,并进行了强度校核;最后,分析了倾角变化对应力和应变的影响,为二阶曲面铲的设计提供理论参考。

| Abstract: | Aimed at the new type digging shovel of cassava harvester,the virtual dip angle is introduced in the paper.The resistance model of second order curved surface shovel is built,and a finite element method of static is also given to the different dip angle combination by using ANSYS software.The distribution contour of stress and deformation of second order curved surface is acquired,and the checking of intensity is also made to the shovel.In the end,the influence of the changing dip angles is analyzed.It offers the theory reference to the second order curved surface shovel. |
