农村居民点复垦潜力估算及分区研究

有效、合理地估算农村居民点复垦潜力是顺利开展农村居民点复垦的重要环节。因此,以永川区为例,从人均农村居民点用地标准和当地农户意愿的角度,综合考量区域其他自然、社会和经济因素,并结合信息熵法、AHP法、最小信息熵原理以及综合评价法对永川区的农村居民点复垦潜力进行了估算。研究结果表明,到2020年,永川区农村居民点复垦理论潜力为7 806.055 hm2,综合潜力为2 997.283hm2,基于农户意愿复垦潜力为1 727.197hm2。该方法估算的农村居民点复垦潜力较复垦理论潜力和综合潜力而言,更符合永川区的实际,具有现实可行性。最后,在量化区域土地资源承载力的基础上,结合复垦潜力系数,运用层次筛选法将永川区划分为4类复垦区,分别为优先复垦区、重点复垦区、一般复垦区和适度复垦区。该研究可为区域土地整治规划以及确定和实施农村居民点复垦项目提供决策依据。

Zoning and Estimation of Land Consolidation Potential of Rural Residential Areas

The effective evaluation of potential of 1and consolidation is an important step for successful implementation of land consolidation in rural residential areas in the district of Yongchuan.Therefore,considering policy and households’ willingness,a comprehensive evaluation index system of 1and consolidation in rural residential areas was established and land consolidation potential were evaluated based on entropy weight method,AHP and minimum relative inform action entropy principle and synthetically evaluation method.The results showed that the theory potential of land consolidation in rural residentia1 areas of Yongchuan district was 7 806.055hm2,the modified potential was 2 997.283hm2,and the potential of households’ willingness was 1727.197hm2 in 2020.This method was fit with the reality of Yongchuan district.Finally,based on land carrying capacity and the coefficient of increasing arable land,the district of Yongchuan was divided into the first priority consolidated area,the key consolidated area,the general consolidated area and the moderate consolidated area by using the hierarchical screening assay.The method employed in this paper would provide a scientific basis for land consolidation planning,the setting of land consolidation project and the implementation of land consolidation.
