悬杯式移栽机栽植系统的优化设计与运动仿真

摘    要:针对钵苗在栽植过程中保持直立的农艺要求,将悬杯式移栽机栽植机构的工作原理作为栽植系统的优化设计基础,对机构进行优化设计。通过分析得到了机构的运动方程以及相关参数,并以零速投苗为目标函数,建立了栽植系统的优化数学模型,利用Matlab软件对影响零速投苗的因素进行了优化计算。在Solidworks软件环境下,对移栽机栽植系统进行运动仿真分析,表明优化后的栽植机构工作参数符合需求。

Abstract:To meet the agronomic requirements of maintaining the seedling upright during the process of planting,operating principles of cantilever cup transplanting mechanism was used as the optimal design basis of planting system,to optimize the design of mechanism.Through analysis,motion equations and the related parameters were obtained.Mathematical optimization model was established with zero speed seeding as objective function,so as to optimize by using Matlab software.Planting system of transplanter was simulated by using Solidworks.The results showed that the system met the planting requirements.
