免耕播种机波纹圆盘破茬刀的优化设计

摘    要:破茬刀是免耕播种机上重要的零部件之一,其结构形式及参数大小直接影响着破茬效果乃至整机的性能。应用三维参数化建模软件Pro/Engineer对波纹圆盘破茬刀进行了三维实体造型设计,分析了圆盘刀结构参数对应力的影响效果,并进行了参数优化,得到了圆盘刀最佳结构参数,确定了该参数下圆盘破茬刀的应力及变形大小。

Abstract:Stubble-cutting disc is a very important unit of the no-tillage planter.Its shape and parameter values decides stubble cutting effects of the no-tillage planter,even to the capability of the whole machine.The paper uses the software of Pro/Engineer to generate the stubble-cutting disc with ripples model of 3D entity.It is analyzed that effect of stubble-cutting disc structural parameters on stresses.Structural parameters are optimized,the best structure of stubble-cutting disc was got,the stress and deformation values was got in the Optimal parameters.
