2BMF-1马铃薯播种机的研制

研制了一种适于山区小块田地作业的马铃薯播种机,旨在解决山区农民马铃薯种植中的播种问题。经调研,采用了基于手扶拖拉机为配套动力,集开沟、覆土、排种和施肥等功能于一体的整机设计方案,完成了整机及主要零件的设计,并制作了样机。对样机进行了场地试验及田间适应性试验,通过对试验现场评估及数据分析,认为样机满足设计要求,设计方案可行。

Development of 2BMF-1 Potato Seeder

The paper aims at developping a type of potato seeder applied to small fileds of mountain areas.The potato seeder can solve the sowing problems in the process of plantation.By survey and studying,the design based on walking tractor as matching power gathers the functions of furrowing,earthing,seeding and fertilizing.The designs of whole machine and major parts are fulfilled in the paper.The prototype is also manufactured.The site testing and adaptation expetiments in the fields are performed.The on-the-spot evaluation and experimental data show that the prototype meets the design demands and that the design plan is feasible.
