摘    要:[目的]解析原子荧光法在检测中的不确定度。[方法]依据测量不确定度评定与表示理论,运用国家标准方法,评定原子荧光法测定地表水中硒的不确定度。[结果]测得地表水样中硒的浓度为1.10μg/L,该法的扩展不确定度U95=0.09μg/L(k=2)。[结论]对合成标准不确定度主要贡献来自仪器分析过程。

Abstract:[Objective] The study aimed to analyze the uncertainty in determination using atomic fluorescence spectrometry(AFS).[Method]According to the national standard method,the uncertainty of measuring selenium(Se) in surface water by AFS was evaluated based on the theory of evaluation and expression of uncertainty in measurement.[Method]Se was detected at a concentration of 1.10 μg/L in the surface water,and 0.09 μg/L of the expanded uncertainty,U95(k=2),was obtained in the method.[Conclusion]The result indicated that the combined standard uncertainty mainly derived from instrument analysis.
