| 摘 要： | 用PCR-RFLP方法对118头大长杂交母猪的ADAMTS-1基因进行分型,并分析了ADAMTS-1不同基因型母猪的产仔数差异。结果表明,在所检测的大长杂交猪群体中,基因A为0.56,基因B为0.44;不同基因型间产仔数表现出AB〉BB〉AA的趋势,AA型与BB型以及AB对猪的产仔数和产仔活数差异不显著。

| Abstract: | The genotypes of the ADAMTS-1 gene in a Landrace×Large White sows population were detected by using PCR-RFLP technology,and the relationships to litter size were analysised.The results showed that.The population several reproduction traits including total number born and number born alive were affected insignificantly by ADAMTS-1 gene in the Landrace×Large White sows,but the effect of ADAMTS-1 genotype to the litter size showed a tendency of AB>BB>AA. |
