集胞藻PCC6803蛋白组学研究进展

摘    要:自集胞藻PCC6803蛋白组学研究工作开展以来,已取得一系列研究成果。这些研究成果主要分为2类:①鉴定了全细胞或亚细胞结构内表达的蛋白质;②发现了许多环境胁迫条件引起的蛋白质差异表达,为理解细胞胁迫反应和蛋白的功能提供了线索。从这2个方面分别对集胞藻PCC6803蛋白组学的研究成果进行简要综述。

Abstract:Progress has been achieved since proteomic research in Synechocystis sp.PCC6803 started.These results can be divided into two kinds.First,proteins from whole cell extract or subcellular structure have been identified.Second,differences of protein expression caused by various environmental stresses have been determined,and these will be helpful to understand cell response to stresses and the protein function.The research progress of proteomics in Synechocystis is summarized in this paper from these two aspec...
