云南不同地点短葶飞蓬中野黄芩苷含量比较

[目的]比较云南不同产地短葶飞蓬中野黄芩苷的含量,为短葶飞蓬的良种选育及GAP栽培提供依据。[方法]用HPLC法测定短葶飞蓬中野黄岑苷的含量,色谱条件为：岛津Shim-pack VP-ODS液相色谱柱（150.0 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）;流动相甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液（40∶60,V/V）;流速1.0 ml/min;检测波长335 nm;柱温25℃;进样量10μl。[结果]8个产地的短葶飞蓬中野黄芩苷的含量差异较大,昭通巧家药山短葶飞蓬野黄芩苷含量最高（2.628%）,昆明双龙镇短葶飞蓬野黄芩苷含量最低（1.597%）。[结论]该方法精密度、重现性好,适于短亭飞蓬中野黄岑苷含量的测定,为云南短葶飞蓬的良种选育及GAP栽培提供了依据。

Comparison of the Content of Scutellarin in Erigeron breviscapus (Vant.) Hand Mazz. from Different Places of Yunnan Province

[Objective] To determine the content of scutellarin in Erigeron breviscapus(Vant.) Hand Mazz.from different places of Yunnan Province.[Method] The content of scutellarin was deter mined by HPLC,and the HPLC conditions were proposed as follows: column of Shim-pack VP-ODS(150.0 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),mobile phase of CH3OH-0.1% phosphoric acid(40∶60,V/V),flow rate of 1.0 ml/ min,column temperature of 25 ℃and detection wavelength of 335 nm.[Result] Erigeron breviscapus(Vant.) Hand Mazz.from different places of Yunnan Province differed from each other in scutellarin,and those from Yaoshan,Zhaotong and Shuanglong Town of Kun ming were richest(2.628%) and lowest(1.597%) in scutellarin,respectively.[Conclusion]Good in precision and repeatability,the method established in this case is in favor of the deter mination of scutellarin in Erigeron breviscapus(Vant.) Hand Mazz.,and this study provides basis for the breeding of improved variety and GAP cultivation of Erigeron breviscapus(Vant.) Hand Mazz..
