| 摘 要： | 目的]比较大鳞副泥鳅雌雄个体的形态特征。方法]采用主成分分析与t检验方法,比较了大鳞副泥鳅雌雄个体的10个外部形态特征。结果]t检验结果表明,10个比值性状中有3个比值性状表现出极显著差异（P〈0.01）,1个比值性状表现出显著差异（P〈0.05）,其他性状差异不显著。主成分分析构建了4个主成分,贡献率分别为31.151%、18.844%、12.324%和10.169%,4个主成分的累积贡献率为72.487%,雌雄个体在主成分分析图上存在重叠交错态势,差异不显著,与t检验结论相一致。结论]该研究结果为大鳞副泥鳅的养殖提供理论基础。
